Challenges Explained

Understanding ASD
The term ASD refers to a group of several developmental disabilities, including Autism, PDD and Asperger’s Syndrome. These conditions can cause significant social, behavioral and communication challenges in children.
ASD symptoms can range from mild to severe and may not always be recognizable by parents as a sign of the disability. This is particularly true for higher functioning children attending a regular school who are typically viewed or labeled as “problematic.” Oftentimes, the underlying source is actually ASD.

Master Faster was launched to help children with ASD master their full potential. Regardless of where they rank in the spectrum, these children are capable of significant – and often substantial – progress. Early and expert intervention can be the catalyst for achieving a more promising and productive future.
